My switch from BT to Plusnet has been fraught with problems & just about anything that could possibly have gone wrong has done. Whilst it's been a very trying time, things are just about now on an even keel. That's in no small part to the efforts of Anoush, AKA @Gandalf. So just wanted to publicly acknowledge this.
