Quote from: Matt Depends on if you think the fault is resolved or not to be honest. The testing above proves that the upstream isn't slow in the test socket, so I guess plug it back into the faceplate - but if it slows down again you know the issue is caused by either internal wiring or something plugged into the line, in which case we can't really help you resolve it.
Matt, I do not, at present, have any internal wiring. Both the router and the telephone (base unit for cordless phone) are plugged-in the filter. Therefore, the internal wiring can be ruled out from the equation as the same applies when I install the filtered plate back into the test socket. With regrad to your comment on if I had tried to reset the router, NO; as I thought that Adam wanted to carry out a test with router in the test socket.
Matt, if I follow the same proceedure to power down the router and install the faceplate to connect the router and the phone base unit to the filtered faceplate, will it affect my DLM because it has been only just over 90 hours in the test socket and holding steady at 2328 kbps (down) and 444 kbps (up) with respective SNRs at 9db and 15db.
Please do let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Chandu

I have to let you know that after staying stable for 96 hours with SNRs of at 9db (down) and 15db (up) with router still connected to Test Socket, The router has lost its PPPoA and reconnected at respective SNRs of 12db and 15 db with Speeds of 2419kbps (down) and 144 kbps (up). If you look at my post of 16/11, it appears that the line stays stable with SNRs of 12db (down) and 15db (up).
I believe my line is interleaved.
Look forward to you comments.
Chandu.

If it's syncing slow on the upstream in the test socket then it'll have to be a fault I'm afraid, that's the only way we'll get things improved for you. I'm sorry your line's been so up and down, hopefully we'll be able to get it properly sorted this time for you.

Quote from: Matt Thanks for letting us know Chandu, hope it does sort things out for you.
It should have happenned today. I'm not sure if it has happenned or not. How do I find out if I'm switched to 20CN, my ticket has not been responded to yet. Will my router Statistics give me some indication of connection via 20CN?
