Bother, my crystal ball is on the blink
As you previously specified a "fibre router" but didn't give a model, I am assuming it has 5 RJ45 sockets with one a different colour and identified in the "quick start guide" as the WAN port If so, then you have the full 4 LAN ports and 1 WAN port for connecting to the fibre modem. However, if your sockets are 4 RJ45 (8P8C) and 1 RJ11 (6P2C) or RJ14 (6P4C)*, then it's an ADSL modem/router and you will lose one socket when it is reconfigured for fibre use.
* ie 6 position 4 contact.

It depends when you were sent it. If recently it will be the 582n and will have been reconfigured as explained by PeeGee, so it will have one of the LAN ports reconfigured to be a WAN port and have 3 remaining LAN ports (+WiFi of course).

Hi waynem,
Looking at your account it is a 582n we sent out, so will only have the 3 useable LAN ports as the 4th will indeed be for the modem.

Re the search though, what were your search terms? I tried 'welcome pack' and that didn't show it so will try and get that added.
