Incorrect repsonse to ticket - Digital Care please respond

Hi there
Can one of the Digital Care team please look and respond to my open ticket ID: 33046877 (my madasafish account)  :),  the response i have been given is incorrect.
My account has been the same account type since March 2009 , with other recent referrals going through ok , if need be please look at the following closed tickets which confirm this;
