Because of sheer bloody-mindedness and inflexibility, Plusnet are about to lose a customer. Any members of Plusnet staff who give a toss should look at Question #45335746
Anybody suggest another ISP?

A poster pointing the PlusNet reps to a ticket and deliberately hiding the nature of the problem provides no benefit to other users of this forum. Such communication should be through PM.
If PlusNet wants private feedback, this is not the place for it.
What do the Mods think?

After all, as well as requesting somebody look at the ticket, the OP did also ask:
Quote from: celtickevin70 Anybody suggest another ISP?
A question like that probably isn't best suited to PM

If I've been helpful then please give thanks ⤵

We (Plusnet we) were asked to have a look at a ticket. Alex answered the ticket and informed the customer that he had done so.
I fail to see how you can have any sort of a gripe with this
As Bob has said, I think it's up to the OP to share should he wish to do so.

I don't have any issue with PlusNet's behaviour in this thread. You have acted promptly to correct a billing issue that was causing customer distress.
My point is that if somebody brings an issue to a Public forum then both the issue and resolution (experience) should benefit the participants of the forum. I would however concede that this is the "Your Feedback" forum so it is valid input to PlusNet but it was of no use to the rest of us until we provoked the explanation from you.
.... only my opinion ...
