,,,they dont give any indication of how long the wait is likely to be, how many are in front of you in the queue or anything. Your wait could be 10 minutes or 10 hours! Callback would also be a nice option, although at this rate would probably get a call back about 2am! I will be old and grey and quite possibly insane by the time I actually get to talk to anyone and sort out the never ending issues .......
