Where has the search button gone

Have you tried searching for the search button? 
www.plus.net still has a Search box at the top right hand corner for me?  Are you looking at a different page?

I was looking at the pages in the member centre and this is what it used to look like as opposed to http://www.plus.net/help/?home=helptop

Well if push comes to shove you can always use Google and add site:.plus.net in to the search field.

That really isn't the point
First they remove the ticket link and then they remove the search button - or was it done at the same time - this is just making things difficult

Perhaps too many people were searching for how to submit/check tickets!!

No, that's very true, it does seem like there is something they don't want you to find. I wonder if it's just an oversight that will be corrected or if it is permanent what is the reasoning behind it.

I was stunned to find a new link to view tickets the other day in the member portal. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that though...
