Re: LRS

Helppppp, this link suggested by MattyC: "https://portal.plus.net/a...s/linerental/saver/portal" does not work on my FF 32.0.3 browser.  It keeps giving me "Page not found" error.  I have logged in to Members Center and yet it keeps giving the same error.  Is ther any setting I need to change on my browser?  Any Help will be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Re: LRS

Try this.
Your link was missing a few characters in the middle, due to being shortened for the forum.

Re: LRS

That seems to be a bad link. Try this one it will ask you to log in if needed.  http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/line-rental-saver/

Re: LRS

You have copied and pasted a shortened link with dots in the middle that will not work for anyone. If you click on the link in the original post it should work.
Edit: sorry, I hadn't seen the posts on the next page, I see this point has already been made.

@chandu,
Still having problems with this? Have you tried another browser to see if that behaves differently?

Adam, only other browser I have is IE 11.0.12.  I tried it and it worked to tell me that though my current LRS expires In December, but I am eligible to renew my LRS. This must mean that I have some setting/s in my FF which need to be twigged.  Am I right?  If so, what?

Yes, just found out that it works with IE11.0.12.  Does it mean that FF has an issue?

Thank you Oldjim.  It did not get to log-in.  It was just main Web page for Plus net.

Could it be a cookie setting causing the problem

Oldjim  Do I need to set-up something in FF for it to work correctly.  If so, what?
