Latest "Which" isp survey.............Plusnet slips down the league table.

As expected, because of the problems with access to customer support, Plusnet is no longer a "Which" best buy. Cry This is reflected in the report.
It still scores a respectable 65% but lags way behind the leading company which scores 83%. Hopefully next season Plusnet will again be a candidate for promotion. Roll_eyes

Incidentally does P Net white label "John Lewis" feature in table?

Yes,  at 64%,  i.e. 1% lower than Plusnet.

cheapest

Lowest price is the best I would say.
I don't think there is any broadband I would call cheap anymore.

When I saw the Which? review,  my first reaction was that none of my top five choices were even listed !, only the well known brands.

Re: Latest "Which" isp survey.............Plusnet slips down the league table.

How Which can include Utility Warehouse is somewhat of a puzzle, since their offerings are meant to be part of a bundle of services. My general impression from reading reviews is that the elements are a very mixed bag for value. Charges being composite, there are tales of woe, when members get in to problems, or try to extricate themselves.
All that in my opinion makes acceptance of Which's opinion of very doubtful value.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

It is not an opinion from "Which" it is the result as they say.

Thank you for that ringing endorsement! Roll_eyes Roll_eyes Cheesy
Some reports here are not that glowing, bar the two 5-starred that have obvious commercial connections.
