Re: Length of contract

Thanks for the reply Old Jim, that has cleared things nicely for me.

Unless I decide to depart from PN , I will be staying with my Option 1 (although the other ISP is very tempting due to its 10Gb monthly download usage allowance compared to my 3Gb) again,  it has no minimum term contract , no exit fees , wireless router included, plus an Optional home phone (Free Anytime Local & National UK Landline Phone Calls) PN might consider offering the same!
I do have free useage with PN after midnight and to 8am but that of course is the times when I am either tucked up or off to work so not often used.

Re: Length of contract

Ok Jameseh just so I am 100% clear, I can switch to the unlimited product without anything changing except the monthly price? And no change in contract duration?
Just to check that my current product "PlusNet Broadband Your Way Pro with included 15GB bandwidth" is Plusnet Pro right?
Also what is the make/model of the router that is included?

Re: Length of contract

It's actually not.
Plusnet Pro is different to Broadband Your Way Pro.
I'm afraid it would be a move onto a 12 month contract.
The router is a Thomson TG585v7 4 port wireless router.
