MASSIVE 'Thanks' to [CSA Removed] - Plusnet Customer Service

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the main site to say 'Thanks' as opposed to complaining! but I just want to say a big 'Thank You' to [CSA Removed] from Plusnet's Customer Service dept who was brilliant in dealing with my call and broadband packagaes. Very patient, informative, direct and amusing - a proper "customer representative" in what is a dying breed! 😄

It probably took about 15 mins for my call to be answered, but I was told this was the estimated response time in the automated message when I first called anyway, so it was my choice to keep waiting. Glad I did tho - as even the half hour (or longer?) actual conversation has saved me so much (in many ways) in the long run.
