Of all my PlusNet bookmarked web pages, 25 are not working, just getting the log-in page, which doesn't work.
Only "How to Guides" seem to be ok.
This forum is the ONLY one working for me at the moment.
I'm so thankful my email is hosted off-site.

Update from my computer. Cannot access webmail on either SM or RC service but OE has just connected and downloaded 51 emails without a problem. A test email sent out from OE to Gmail has also been successful.

Hi, I didn't want to get involved by posting on this topic because I'm pretty sure that PN staff are doing their best to resolve the problems, however I do have some important queries.
If an email server is down are there mirror servers which are able handle incoming mail?
Am I likely to have lost any incoming emails during this outage?
I have been able to log on to my webmail but it does not tally with what has been downloaded to my Outlook email, should they be synced later on when the problems have been fully resolved?
