Migration and retaining email access

Hi,
I migrated away from plus net on the 20th April. I have had several emails from plus net prior to and after that time regarding my account closure. Basically I was advised that:
" We'll work out how much you owe at the time you migrate away. If there's a
> charge due we'll take payment and let you know. After this we'll change
> your broadband account to a free dial-up service, so you can access My
> Account if you need to.
"
A later email I recieved after I had migrated stated that-
"We're emailing you to let you know that as your cancellation request has
now been placed. Your cancellation will take place on 04/05/2010."
My problem is that 1) I can no longer access my account (I get an unrecognised username/password) and 2) Anything sent to my plusnet email address get a bounce back saying it cant be delivered.
My understanding was that I would still be able to recieve emails (I know I cant sent them) from my plus net account.
Can anyone advise me on this, any help would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks

Your questions are best answered by a Plusnet Digital Care staff member who can take a look at your account and hopefully resolve the problem. However due to the Bank Holiday it will be Tuesday before they return.
Duplicating your post from another board will not help to get an earlier reply. If you need an answer before Tuesday I suggest giving the CSC a call. They should be able to do whatever is needed.
