Recently moved from the 'Home Surf' legacy package at 1Mb speed to Extra and received EXCELLENT service 
Yes, there were one or two issues and I had tor raise a couple of tickets, but everything was sorted quickly, with no arguments. Now happy, and receiving a 3MB service for less money - even with the 'Pro' add-on
