Your profile on our side is correct and your on the right service offer. Which speedtest did you get that result from and can you try www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk

Hi, Current profile shows 7150 but this is estimated or so it says.

I use Thinkbroadband speedtester, the PN site wont work  I used to have all my stats on there but they all vanished.

the stats from the www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk are stored in Cookies, so if you have cleared you cookies, your history goes.

What operating system are you on? and have you the latest Java installed, and I think Flash , It should work OK

System is windows XP      Thinkbroadband uses java last update was about a month ago. PN speed test didnt work before update.  When it was working the results were very similar.
