To me that reply tells a story. If it hadn't been handled by an agent in South Africa I think there would have been a hot denial.

No - I think there's some confusion about various parts of the call which need clarifying.
Either way, I'm not going to comment on the specifics and that would have no bearing on which continent the call was handled in.

Its no secret, PN have the old J Lewis call centre in South Africa to fall back on with some routine matters if Sheffield gets overloaded.
