To me that reply tells a story. If it hadn't been handled by an agent in South Africa I think there would have been a hot denial.

No - I think there's some confusion about various parts of the call which need clarifying.

Its no secret, PN have the old J Lewis call centre in South Africa to fall back on with some routine matters if Sheffield gets overloaded.
