Joined Plusnet on friend's recommendation regarding reliability and customer service. Almost 4 weeks after joining still waiting for wifi router!! I've phoned on several occasions and posted question 30580683 but still no joy, over 24 hours now since my last posting! Can anybody provide me with the router as promised?? I thought BT were bad!!
