Yes, that's where I tried to log in-I tried using my main ID-the bit that gets use in an email address AFTER the @  sign. Hopefully I can set up a few as I'm advising the bank, etc.. that I have a new email address. So should be interesting to see who generates the most.

If you have a mailbox set to 'catchall' you don't need to keep setting up new aliases. All mail addressed to <anything-you-like>@username.plus.com will be delivered to the <catchall-mailbox>@username.plus.com (unless you give particular addresses their own mailboxes/aliases). If you get spammed on one of your <anything-you-like> addresses you can redirect it to 'blackhole'. It's all quite easy to set up using the Manage My Mail tool in the Members Centre.

That's me cut off today by TalkTalk so I'm offline at home and not happy. I hope Plusnet get things sorted fast now.....I don't care about the phone though I know they do that first-I just want the broadband connection !! Sniff....

Oooh...I'm NOT cut off-assumed I was as I tried accessing email via swork and it wouldn't let me in-first time that's happened. Guess it was a glitch as I tried it this morning and it works !!!

Thankyou Adam-I appreciate it. I had notice today my broadband order is in now the phone's live. However, I've still not had Caller Display work on my line. This I find very alarming as it's the main reason I've signed up and if it doesn't work then I will have to cancel both services.
The line went live Tuesday and I called as it wasn't working-the CD-and was advised to order it (despite the fact I had in my original order) and I advised this and they put it on for me. Last night it still wasn't working-all the display says is EXTERNAL when I receive an incoming call.....I'll test it again tonight when I get home and if it's still not working I'll report it tomorrow morning when I get to the office.....but .there's little point proceeding with broadband or phone from yourselves if that doesn't work for me and I can't overstate how important that is to me.

No problem,
With regards to caller display, the notes on your ticket seem to confirm that we did order that for you, I've passed the query on to our faults team for them to investigate.
Apart from a potential lack of caller display are we to take it that you can make and receive calls?
Also to confirm your broadband order is now in progress and is due to complete on the 27th. Any further questions please give me a shout.

I just had a text regarding the broadband-thankyou for confirming too, Adam. I was able to access my phone account online this morning and it says CD HAS been ordered and may take 24 hours to activate so hopefully should work tomorrow at the latest....fingers crossed.
Yes, I can dial out and receive calls just fine, thanks, but the CD is more important which probably sounds daft but it is to me.
I'll get back to you if I still can't get it in the morning....
