New Homepage

I'm having issues with the redesigned homepage on both Safari and Chrome (but not IE).
It flashes really rapidly, sure it's going to give me a seizure!

Yeah, it;s a bug!  On the list for fixing.  it is when the window isn't maximised enough and the google search logo drops down.
