Yep - You're not getting the right amount of included usage.
I've seen the same thing happen once, I'm just trying to remember how I fixed it last time!

Thanks James, what would we do without you?
My Account Summary and VMBU now show up to 10GB.
However my speed is still limited to 128kbs.
I know it will reset at midnight but as I said I won't know its fixed until next month.

As expected my speed is back to normal today and my FTP is working again without changing anything.

Sorry David, I should have said.
It will have needed our Ellacoya servers to realise that you needed to be on a different "service offer" which you will now be on.
You should be fine in the future as I've managed to get the 10GB component on your account to work.

Does this explain why I could connect to the Plesk Control Panel and FTP my old CGI site but not the PAYH site?

Oh well - I suppose I expected it really - but this offer has been a disaster - from the billing perspective.
Signed up in December to start in January, but the system failed either due to billing system or human error.
Incorrect - overbilling in February, then March and now March as well.
James did his best and did refunds ( system taking too long ) but still a vary sorry saga.
