Hi Mand, I am now on Premium if you can sort that extra month for me please.
As for teh static IP I have followed the help files on PN site and still it can't be set.

Hi Mand thanks for taking care of the discount.  I tried to set the static IP over the weekend following the onlinehelp documents but they are incorrect.  I raised a ticket and one of your techs set the static up for me.  I left feed back in the survey to say that your tech documents are wrong.
