New customer: No ticket reply in 7 days, or Twitter reply in 13 days

I'm a little alarmed by our experience as a new customer.
We are having intermittent connection issues, which was previously (3-4 years ago, Sky was our ISP) caused by trees rubbing against the lines.
I went to contact Plusnet and saw it recommended using Twitter. So I sent a private message on 14/10 to @plusnethelp - I then chased on 20/10 and then again 22/10. So far I've not received a single reply to any of these messages, not the public tweets.
Growing concerned, I also created a ticket (#207394326) in the My Account area, on Oct 20th. So far no reply at all there either.
Should anyone from Plusnet be interested in investigating what happened, I'm happy to provide screenshots of all of the above, but mainly I'd be grateful if someone could reply to one of the two channels I used above!
