Great news, I've put a refund through for your first monthly subscription payment to account for the length of time that you've been unable to use the service. This should reach your account within the next 10 working days.

Thanks Adam, everything is great now, and the internet is running fine.
For anyone else reading, I've been refunded for the screwup by Plusnet and the internet works well - it took too long to sort out but got there in the end Smiley
