Hi Dan,
Our Faults team updated the ticket yesterday evening advising that a fault hasn't been found during automated testing so Openreach wish to send an engineer out but that we required confirmation of your availability. I can see that you've updated the ticket with the 23rd from next week - would you be available this weekend at all? We could attempt to book an engineer for tomorrow between 8AM and 1PM or between 1PM and 6PM if you're available at all?

Yes tomorrow is fine, I wasn't aware that weekend visits were any option.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've submitted the request for an engineer to attend tomorrow between 8AM and 1PM. I'm now awaiting confirmation from Openreach that this has been accepted. I'll be back in touch as soon as I receive confirmation.

The engineer's appointment has been confirmed for tomorrow 19/07/2014 between 8AM and 1PM. The DCT aren't in over the weekend so if you need to get in touch tomorrow please contact our Faults team directly on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200.
