Yes.
I've had nothing but problems with them.
I've got a connection which suffers from ping times as high as 1000ms+
Due to a provider hiccup, I had to wait an extra two weeks for my broadband to be originally setup back in July.
So far i'm not exactly thrilled.

I will proceed but if I don't get a date when this is going to be sorted tomorrow then please cancel everything straight away as I want to get connected to EE as ASAP.AS iN NEED MY INTERNET
