Changed to Plusnet and the transition was flawless and painless, speeds are between
6-7 mbps which is better than my old isp.
Only one problem when I was given the wrong home phone bundle but this was sorted
quickly and easily in less than 5 mins, all good so far many thanks to the Plusnet team.
