Re: Nice start to my Plusnet experience (not)

Welcome to the forums,

Sorry to hear about the problems with BT.

Hope everything is sorted on their next visit and it does not turn into a long saga of events posted by some new users in other sections of the forum.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

The engineers are Openreach engineers as they are the ones than maintain the network and install new lines.

Re: Nice start to my Plusnet experience (not)

still plusnets responsibility though.

You dont buy a sony TV from currys and when it develops a fault take it back to sony

How do you know plusnet havent transferred the info?

My experience with plusnet so far has made me think anything is possible

Took plusnet two months to sort my order out, Openreach nearly got the blame for that aswell

Now that the phone line is installed we'll need to place your broadband order, this takes 4-7 working days. I'll go get that in place now and ensure the router is ordered too.
