No internet service in 01223 for 36 hours - WHY not on service status?

There is currently a large fault affecting all of 01223 area.  No fibre broadband service for 36 hours now (since Weds 9pm).  Most (all) of my village has the same issue.
Why is a fault affecting such a large area NOT listed on your service status page?  Why make us call you (and wait) for updates?  It took 17 minutes for you to answer yesterday morning.
BT.com have it listed here https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31
Why can you do the same?  Is it a secret or bad publiscity?  As I understand fault is not a Plusnet problem, but BT Openreach/Bt Wholesale...
Welcome your comments.
Thanks,
Scott

Re: No internet service in 01223 for 36 hours - WHY not on service status?

Thanks - but what is that web site?
I go to www.plus.net then Help & Support and end up at:
http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&?helpheader=servicestatus
Nothing listed there at this moment in time.
Should http://usertools.plus.net/ be linked instead?
