From what I can see, the ticket was raised to our Networks team on Saturday and I can't see anything along those lines to have happened before that.  I'm sorry if this wasn't picked up sooner.
Either way, I think Neil in Networks managed to pick this up for you at my request, so hopefully all is now well.
