Well I can understand why you might jump to that conclusion, but I saw what it said and there was nothing controversial, offensive, trolling, etc.
and the bear cub picture was equally inoffensive, was relevant to the thread, and raised the mood of this thread with a little humour.

So my guess would still be moderated out of existance, followed by p_p requesting it's removal, and the moderators obliging.

Because no matter how frustrating the situation is you always post with good humour and you actively co-operate with all the help and advice you get from the Digital Care team. As a result Digital Care are obviously doing the best they can for you in spite of BT so there is nothing to be said against PN that the trolls can get hold of.

Funny enough plusnet was an LLU provider before BT bought them.
