haha well Ben has been the most helpful out of anyone so far in just one telephone conversation ... 
I am waiting to do a speedtest 2 when the first one fails, but because my speeds tend to just become diabolical at night i have to do it then but had an early night last night so hoping to do it tonight

FYI please be aware that if you try testing the speed using the BT checker at  http://speedtester.bt.com/ there is a known issue with that providing incorrect data. If you need an alternative there is a host of speed testers out there, I'd personally recommend these:

but i want my problem resolved leverne as soon as that is why i am trying to be fvst with the tests.
adam ... ben told me to use that speedtester one to help log the problem, would the others still log it back to you?

Wonder if anyone can help me went to look at my questions just and they have all gone ... i wanted to see if i had an update or reply of some sort but looks as if thye have magically dissapeared and i can't find where to raise a new one it won't let me ... ??????

Has the same problem, my super long questions just shut down, then vanished, and now after new questions started, they don't flag up when they are replied to.

They are playing about with the Help & Support site, so I doubt they are finished, plus there will always be a few teething bugs

Really hoped my new order would of fixed the problem but unfortunately i am still running slow speeds at peak times

Nice speeds 🙂 Far better than what we're getting, if anything at all 
The traffic throttle of the day time may cause you to have slow speeds - it is possible, but might just be one of those things. It is rare we use ours during the day, plus our connection is complete pap, therefore we wouldn't even know there was a difference between slow and fast during the day. Day time usage is normally email, reply on Plusnet site, which is slow no matter what time of the day it is
