hey all, is there a notice period to cancel FTTC service (don't have tele line with PN) ?
and whats the process for cancelling the service ?
When I ring the 4320200 number, it goes through to business ?
and then am on hold (still on hold)..
if cant do it via phone, how do I cancel the service from my account login page ?
To note: Moving house, cant get FTTC, as OpenReach suck (city living, not moving to the middle of nowhere)...

Hi Stuart,
It's a shame to hear you're leaving. It may be best contacting our cancellations directly on this number: 03301239197. There's no queue at the moment.

Have you called Plusnet to ask whether this could be handled as a deferred house move rather than a cancellation followed by a new provision?
I don't know if they can do this but it might avoid the charge if you know that you will be signing back to Plusnet after you've moved.
