OTELO

Any reason Plusnet don't want to be a member of OTELO?
Unless I've missed it somewhere they don't appear to be on the members directory.
This doesn't bode well with me and it shouldn't with others.
Service Providers need to be answerable to someone.

Re: OTELO

They are in CISAS http://www.cisas.org.uk/Membercompanies-2_e.html which is one of the two approved by Ofcom - the other of course is Otelo

Re: OTELO

As Ojdjim says we're a member of CISAS rather than OTELO, our code of practice gives you the details about this here: http://www.plus.net/support/service/code_of_practice.shtml#complaintResolution
