Ofcom orders BT to refund EE and Plusnet customers

At least 1.3m customers were not given 'clear and simple' contract information. This was the article I've just read on Which? It goes on to say, an investigation by Ofcom found since 17 June 2022 EE and Plusnet made 1.3m sales without giving customers the required contract information.
I've been back with Plusnet since July 2023 and I don't think I received this information, how do I find out? The article goes on to say, BT wil contact affected customers. And will either refund customers who paid early exit fees or offer current customers like myself contract information and allow them to walk away without penalty.
I did a quick search on here and the main website but nothing, which I found surprising. Anyone else seen this?

Plusnet is allowed by Ofcom to contact existing customers within 3 months. I don't expect they will do this any earlier than they have to. I've had nothing from them yet. By the time they do I'll be out of contract anyway.
