http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?action=help;page=post#bbcref has information on the SMF formatting conmands etc (not all are supported/allowed on these forums).
http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=22.0;sort=subject has a more comprehensive list.

This forum is rather funny
And also reminds me why I left the shoddy Plus Net, even AOL Broadband is managing to provide me with a better connection for less money a month ... and their homephone service is much much better.
Thank-god leaving Plus Net was, at least for me, free.

Hulls,
I thank you for your words knowledge.
I too understand the" two sides to every story" theory, however, in my case, all I ever wanted was something like the service PN said I would get, a stable, something around 10Mbps service. I am happy to pay for this, I don't want any credits "as a gesture" and I was never expecting anything like 20Mbps.
I know my line is capable of over 12Mbps, even those terrible people at talk talk could achieve that (shame about their overseas low ability support centres).
Not much to ask is it?
