Old ticket availabilty

Due to just finding out that the ticket system is being withdrawn, I've just checked availability of some old tickets.
I have no tickets on the system prior to August last year. Are tickets deleted after around 15 months?

Hidden means that PlusNet can refer to them if required.  Deleted means they are gone forever to everyone!  Shocked

Maybe not the most obvious text if someone new is looking for how to post a ticket - but nevertheless still there
