On Line Chat Page doesn't accept me pressing "Send"

I see the format of on line chat has changed, but when I try to press the envelope icon to send my message to [Removed], nothing happens; I am using IE11; have your webmasters checked this new layout works for customers?? Had to give up in end.
Have added this URL to IE11 pop up controls to allow, but makes no difference

The drop down selection choices could do with expanding on Chat; ie one that says "None of these things"
WORKED when I used AVANT browser.
