AVAST Online security, for example, blocks this as default.

Does this point to a need to make people aware (on links to the chat service) that advert blockers will inhibit the support channel technology? As suggested before a resurection of the ticket system would be a simpler solution all round!
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
