The November 2012 issue of PC PRO magazine has their annual Excellence Awards in, and under the Internet category, after seeing that the pricey Zen Internet has won for the ninth year running, I read:
BT-owned Plusnet - another ISP which trades off its British status - climbs up the table to share a Highly Commended award with BE Broadband, which has been the runner-up to Zen in our awards for the past three years.
BT is however in the bottom half of the table and TalkTalk/Orange /AOL remain at the bottom...
