I have today received an e-mail from BT about PN's Home Phone price rises.
Does this indicate that PN is slowly being absorbed into BT (who own PN, if I understand rightly)?
I had a bellyful of BT's rotten service some years back, which is why I moved to PN (who have proven infinitely better). If such a merger ever does take place, the day I learn of it is the one I shall be looking for another provider.
