you will find the error counts on the telnet tab and under summary

If so, that's likely to be the reason for the fluctuating pings.

i cant seem to find the error count on the telnet tab here what i can see only just started it though

which version of netgear do you have?
if you click enable telnet and your version of netgear on the telnet setup from your capture above the telent summary tab should now be working
also is it the offical firmare or the DGteam firmware

netgear dgn2000
em nothing showing atm ill have a play with it
unsure what you mean on the fireware
there my router is atm i always get high error seconds 700 to 900 if i remember right from thr PN report so i did put it on the test socket got less error seconds down to nothing im sure but lossed well over 0.5 mb on the speed and sinc so i put it back where i had the better speed.
the ping was still rubbish on the test socket no chance whats so ever

no sign of improvement whats so ever infact its got worse
is this speed what you expected to see ? i did expect a drop but not this much
can i put the interleaving back on myself as i will be mostly working from home next week and need better speed then this or will i have to ask a PN staff member

at this time of night i doubt it would be picked up in time for when BTw do batch of orders at 2am so most likely a 24hour wait for you.
can allways post the ticket number here and maybe if there is a passing PN staff member they might push it through in time for you

you should be able to telnet into the dgn2000 using routerstats pretty easy to get the extra info

leave it with me ill try and get something sorted tonite as im now stuck with this till monday thanks PN
