Thanks for the update and feedback that it is getting fixed. Just proves that problems do not get 'just reported and forgotten about' around here...
I remain hopeful that everything else is being addressed too...

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
