Personalise phone numbers

I have changed my account from BT to plusnet and just checked my first itemised bill.  It would be very useful if you could provide the service - like BT - where a customer can personalise numbers that they have called.  It would then be much easier for a customer to check a bill and know who that number belongs too.  Thanks.  By the way - great service so far.
