Sorry - the original screen shot didnt show the bottom. IVe attached a new one. Its just not there!

I have just tried it in IE and as you say Timsmith it doesn't show.
So it's ok in Firefox and Chrome but not IE Undecided

Thanks for the troubleshooting -  I havent got Chrome or Firefox available on my work laptop to check.

Thanks for bringing this up, we're investigating now.
To aid with that.. what version of IE are you uys using? (Help >> About Internet Explorer)
If you're using IE8, does switching between compatability and normal view affect the problem?

Can we also ask you a quick favour and click this link here http://www.plus.net/hostname.php and report back what you see. This will let us know what portal server you are hitting when you try to do this.

Hi guys, thanks for the information.
This problem should now be fixed.
We found that the problem was apparent with both IE7 and IE8 (when using compatability view).
