Plusnet seriously need to get their act together. Customer Services is now poor regardless of Covid issues.
No Chat service, no email support route, out of date website with seriously out of date information. broken Billing systems * STILL* still after 3 years. Broken links.
Discriminates partly with disabled people, with it poor customer Service channels - I am considering raising this with the legal authorities unless Chat and email support come back on line soon.
Customer services need to deal with customer issues/complaints on the forum quicker since you seem to have made this one of the main channels for support.
Promised my billing/account issue would be deal with over a month again, still not sorted
The "Do you proud" adverts are now a joke. It should be now be "lets NOT give a service"
