Have recently automatically updated to the new Plusnet Protect on 2 laptops, both with Windows 7. Plusnet Protect appears to affect my back-ups from both computers as I am not able to trust either computer via the network setting in Plusnet Protect. I keep getting an error message 'Unhandled UI error:403126940'. Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening? Thanks

Hi jawolna,
I believe this is an issue with how the network your connected to is 'Trusted'. When you connect to your Home Network for the first time it'll ask you if you trust the network and gives you the option to set it as your 'Home/Work/Public Network'.
You can find this by accessing Networking & Sharing Centre and it should show you how you've saved it, as shown here: http://goo.gl/StwvpK
Please make sure you have it set to 'Home' and see if this does the trick.

Hi Chris, that worked! It was already set to 'Home' network on both laptops but by just doing it again (set to home network on both) made it work! Thanks.
