I've just had a text version of a similar 'survey', the first question of which was something along the lines of ' based on your recent experience, how likely are you to recommend PN?'
Point one - I haven't been 'with' PN for a month, and more aggravatingly, when you reply with 'STOP' to decline further surveys, you are greeted with 'Sorry, your reply must be in the form of a number'.
They really, really need to get their act together!!
