LOL, Thanks for the phone call mate, i thought you would have been a bit busy.
I dont mind waiting for you as your service is excellent mate. I will do what we discussed on the phone and really apreciate what you are doing for me.
Lets hope that my online gaming will be awsome and stay that way.

Maybe the original poster should change the subject of this thread
- as in mine view anyway it doesnt  reflect the true situation.
Plusnet are not in my view useless - they do a very good job in a difficult market - where BT Wholesale have far too much power, and at least PN read and react to what we say here - unlike many many other ISP's

Totally agree Piere - Plusnet are not perfect any more than any other ISP.  - but they are far from useless in my honest opinion.......

second day my broadband was down again, i keep loosing connection and have to input my passward to get an internet connection.
Can someone look into why im loosing my connection, i was also signed out during a game last night.
Also when i watch bbciplayer it is very jumpy,.
When i looked in my internet activity it says that i have not used any peer to peer traffic and only used gaming traffic, is this right as i am using my PS3 and i thought that used peer to peer networking.
I took a couple of speed test reading from the recomended speed test place on the plusnet home page and they wernt to hot, i will try to post the readings a bit later when i have some more time to do it.
I have also started to get the ip fragmentation message again.

egz001 as to question about only having gaming trffic logged and no p2p. this is due to the fact that even if the ps3 uses p2p the ecolya traffic mangment system would have that p2p traffic in its data base as belonging to the ps3 and idefentied as gaming.
if it was picked up as p2p then you would certainly be ranting more than this
but then again your on the pro package so i belive all your traffic is in titanum and gold but still the traffic mangment picks it up as gaming so the likes of me on option 3 can still play games with out thorwing the joy pad around the room

Thanks for the advise on the P2P thingy, it makes sence. I dont understand about what traffic does what , might be interesting to find out more to maybe fine tune the router settings and QOS settings cos they must be there for a reason, will have to research alot though before messing with them.
Going to option 3 package is an option i might try cos of the times i play online. Im also thinking of the ASDL2+ Trial too cos ive had that before with Sky and O2 both times it worked good.
I havent got to throwing the joypad yet, lets hope i dont cos they are expensive.
