......where instead of asking politely for help in sorting out their problem
.........its just a rant about Plusnet telling others not to join, they are the worst ever etc
............and nowhere is any of the data that the thread at the top of the forum ask to be provided to help us all (plusnet included) diagnose the issue.
............as I have said before, people like me read it and simply say to ourselves that we are not going to give up any of our spare time to help this person with this sort of attitude. I'll go and read my newpaper/book clean the kitchen whatever instead - it's all fine by me.
