Somewhere in between there is Plusnet... Must admit when I had TalkTalk here, on the same 'wiring', their router would need re-booting weekly sometimes... with Plusnet I can go 6-8 months or longer. I usually just change to the best provider on offer but renewed this time after my18 month's contract was closing towards the end of its life..
I accept there will be Virgin and TalkTalk customers who have had a fantastic service.. and the opposite with Plusnet - This report was only an average and across the board. It's all made up on individuals in the end. Happy so far
